1/4" (7/16-20 SAE) Brass Short Nut

Tube nuts, also known as Short Nuts, are used in automotive hydraulic brake, fuel, and transmission systems to make connections between tubing. For installation, the nut is placed over the tubing with the threaded end directed towards the flared end. When tightened, the tube flare will be tightly clamped between the nut and flare seat.
